Services
Today’s Real Estate Transaction
The services from a real estate broker can be divided into two phases, marketing and escrow closing. One or both can be
straightforward or complicated, usually the latter. A good portion of the brokerage activity is to solve problems while
overseeing real estate transactions.
The bureaucracy of today’s real estate transaction has moved a sale from the realm of an old fashion handshake
agreement to that of a ten page written contract with numerous required disclosures about the property and area. Needless
to say, the expression, “buyers beware,” doesn’t apply to real estate sales in the 21st Century
In today’s real estate business it is essential for brokers or agents to belong to local Boards of Realtors.
Deborah and I belong to not only the Sacramento Association of Realtors, but also the California and National.
It takes a lot of experience, creativity, and resourcefulness to complete most sales. After eighteen years, we have
developed the skills to not only market or find properties, but also to quickly anticipate and identify problem areas,
solve them, and expedite the closure process.
We talk the talk and walk the walk. In fact, we walk the neighborhoods every six to eight weeks - over 4,000 homes
worth! You also get hands-on real estate – you deal with us, not assistants.
